【中文摘要】 以質(zhì)粒pCAMBIA1301和pBI121為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建草菇表達(dá)載體pCB。把已克隆的草菇開傘相關(guān)基因DNA片段正反向插入pCB,獲得pCB opn15和pCB opn39,經(jīng)測(cè)序證實(shí),pCB opn15為正向插入,pCB opn39為反向插入。

【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> An expression vector of pCB for Volvariella volvacea was constructed with plasmid pCAMBIA1301and pBI121. The DNA fragment of fruitbody opening related gene (opn) was inserted to plasmid pCB by two orientation. Two recombined plasmids of pCB-opn 15 and pCB-opn 39 were obtained,and the sequencing results showed that pCB-opn 15 was inserted in positive orientation and pCB-opn 39 was inserted in inversion.
