【中文摘要】 研究了糙皮側(cè)耳液體菌種適宜的培養(yǎng)條件、培養(yǎng)周期與貯存期。結(jié)果表明,糙皮側(cè)耳液體菌種適宜的培養(yǎng)基配方為蔗糖2%,玉米粉4%,麥麩3%,酵母粉0.3%,KH2PO40.25%,Mg SO4·7H2O0.1%,ZnSO40.05%,pH6.17。搖瓶培養(yǎng)裝液量80mL/250mL,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速150r/min,接種量10%,培養(yǎng)周期6d,菌種于3d內(nèi)用完為宜。

【英文摘要】 The suitable culture conditions, the culture period and the preservation time of the liquid spawn of P. ostreatus were studied. The experiment results showed that the optimum formula for P. ostreatus liquid spawn medium was as follows: sucrose 2%, corn meal 4%, wheat bran 3%, yeast powder 0.3%, KH_2PO_4 0.25%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.1%, ZnSO_4 0.05%, and the optimum pH was 6.17. While the optimum medium capacity, the rotation rate, the spawning rate and the culture period were 80mL/250mL, 150r/min,10% and 6d resp.. And it would be better to use the spawn within 3 days.
