【中文摘要】 2003年～2006年對雞腿菇母種培養(yǎng)基、原種、栽培種培養(yǎng)料及栽培基質(zhì)配方進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,母種培養(yǎng)基以PDA+蛋白胨為最好;原種、栽培種培養(yǎng)料以棉籽殼和雜木屑混合培養(yǎng)料為最好;栽培基質(zhì)配方以菌糠加入量為35%為最佳。

【英文摘要】 In order to choose the optimum culture medium formula of Coprinus comatus,the experiment on culture medium formula of stock culture and mother spawn and spawn substrate on Coprinus comatus were done from 2003 to 2006.The result showed that PDA+peptone in mother spawn was the best;cotton seed hull plus sawdust was the best for the mother spawn and spawn;cultivating base material formula plus fungal chaff amount as 35% was the best.
