【中文摘要】 綜述了我國已經(jīng)馴化、引種栽培的食用菌種類。共20科80余種食用茵馴化、引種栽培食用菌的中文名稱、拉丁學名、別名、最早出菇的文獻報道。

【英文摘要】 This paper summarizes the series of edible fungi which have been domestication and introduction.There are more than 20 families,80 Chinese names,Latin names,alias of domestication and introduction of edible fungi.
