【中文摘要】 研究了平菇雜優(yōu)1號和雞腿蘑Cc-1的保藏菌株、組織分離菌株和多孢分離菌株的菌絲培養(yǎng)特性和農(nóng)藝性狀,分別將3種不同來源的菌株進行了兩兩對峙培養(yǎng),結果表明組織分離菌株和多孢分離菌株與保藏菌株間菌絲生長速率、密度、色澤及現(xiàn)蕾時間等方面沒有明顯差異,任意兩菌株間均無拮抗。與保藏菌株相比較,雞腿蘑多孢分離菌株在產(chǎn)量上有正負兩種效應,而組織分離菌株增產(chǎn)均在10%以上。平菇所有分離菌株的子實體形態(tài)特征及產(chǎn)量均不如保藏菌株。

【英文摘要】 The mycelia growth characteristics and agronomical characters of Zayou 1 strains in Pleurotus ostreatus and Cc-1 strains in.coprinus comatus were studied in this paper.Meantime,the strains come from tree types which were used in dual culture respectively,did not show antagonistic effects between whatever two strains.The results showed that the mycelia growth rate,density,color and the primordial formation time of tissue isolation strains and multi-spore isolation strains were almost the same as that of the preservation strain.In the yield,multi-spore isolation strains Cc-1 strains in Coprinus comatus and negative two kind of effect,but tissue isolation strains all are increase,the increasing rate are higher 10%.But the forms of the fruit bodies and the fields of all the tissue isolation strains or isolation strains of Zayou 1 strains in Pleuotus ostreatus were worse than that of the preservation strain.
