【中文摘要】 本研究探索采用電擊法導(dǎo)入熒光標記物的條件。發(fā)現(xiàn)鈣黃素?zé)晒鈽擞浳锟梢詫?dǎo)入平菇原生質(zhì)體,脈沖強度在0～1500v/cm條件下,導(dǎo)入率呈線性增長,成活率則下降,兩種觀測指標呈相反趨勢。平菇原生質(zhì)體的最適電擊脈沖強度為1500v/cm(3×1.1cm)。

【英文摘要】 This study explores the condition of introducing fluorescent mark material by electrostimulation. The result indicats that calcein fluorescent mark material can be introduced into protoplasts of Pleurotus ostreatus. The introduing rate increases linearly while the survival rate decreases when pulse height are under the condition of 0-1500v/cm. The best electrostimulation pulse height was 1500v/cm (3@1.1cm).
